1. What the service covers
We assist with new TPIN registration or obtaining a TPIN certificate if you already have a TPIN.
2. Total fee payable
ZMW 150.00 – New TPIN registration
ZMW 100.00 – Existing TPIN certificate
ZRA does not charge for TPIN registration. The ZMW 150.00 or ZMW 100.00 fee covers our consultancy and processing assistance.
3. What you need to provide
For a new TPIN: NRC, phone number, email address, and full residential address.
For an existing TPIN: a copy of your NRC or your TPIN number.
4. Processing time
Your application is normally processed within 24 hours, provided all required information is complete and accurate.
5. What you will receive
New registration: TPIN certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC), and ZRA login credentials.
Existing TPIN: TPIN certificate.
6. Important information
