1. What the service covers
We assist with new TPIN registration for foreign non-residents or obtaining support for an existing TPIN, including help where login credentials are available or need to be recovered.
2. How much does it Cost?
ZMW 1,000.00 – New TPIN registration
ZMW 500.00 – Existing TPIN with login credentials
ZRA does not charge for TPIN registration. The fee covers our consultancy and processing assistance.
3. What you need to provide
For a new TPIN: Passport copy, phone number, email address, and full residential address.
For an existing TPIN: a copy of your Passport or your TPIN number. If you have login credentials, please provide them as well.
Your application is normally processed within 24 hours, provided all required information is complete and accurate.
5. What you will receive?
New registration: TPIN certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC), and ZRA login credentials.
Existing TPIN without login credentials: assistance with access recovery and TPIN certificate, and Tax Clerance.
Existing TPIN with login credentials: TPIN certificate and Tax Clearance, plus support.
After delivery, keep your documents and ZRA login credentials safe and remember to renew your Tax Clearance Certificate when required. If you need further assistance with ZRA services, we're here to help.
