To register your Limited Company, you will need to provide:
(a) Three (3) proposed company names
(b) NRC or Passport copies for directors and shareholders
(c) Business activities
(d) Phone numbers and email addresses
(e) Residential addresses for directors and shareholders

(h) Digital signatures for all required parties

Once your company is registered, there are ongoing compliance requirements to keep it in good standing.
You will need to file your PACRA annual returns when due and, where applicable, submit your ZRA tax returns.
Depending on your business activities and whether you have employees, you may also need additional statutory registrations such as NAPSA, NHIMA and Workers' Compensation.
