Once your business is registered, there are ongoing compliance requirements to keep it in good standing.
You may need to file PACRA annual returns and, where applicable, submit your ZRA tax returns. If we have handled your tax registration, we will guide you on what you need to do after registration.
Depending on your business activities and whether you have employees, you may also need additional statutory registrations such as NAPSA, NHIMA and Workers' Compensation.
